- Row 1: criteria names. Main / Sub headers group criteria hierarchically (used by AHP weighting).
- Row 2 weights (optional): if omitted, equal weights are assumed; you can always change them in the Weights step.
- Direction row: min/max also accepted: minimize, maximize, cost, benefit, +, -.
- Numbers: both 1,234.56 and 1.234,56 conventions work, as do 12,5, 45% and currency symbols (€ $ £ ₺).
- Missing cells (empty, NA, -) are filled with the column mean and reported; text in a data cell fails with the exact cell named.
- Limits: 2 MB per file, 200 alternatives × 50 criteria.
